For this card I used a Melonheadz image.  So cute!

Here you can see the details; I made a paste of Pearlex in aqua and Mod Podge gloss and painted it on the bird, tulips and frame.  It has sort of a sea glass effect in person, I had a hard time capturing it.  Then I made another batch with just a clear/bronze speckle and stippled it on the bird cage, roses and frame.   This gave it a nice shimmery finish.
