For Megan

My baby girl is having a bad day today so I thought I'd whip her up a little card to make her smile.  This image from By Lori Designs will definitely do the trick.

I separated the doll so I could top it over Harper and condense the image to fit the layout, but pinched it a bit to make it pop out.  The colors were inspired by today's Independence Day in US.

I added some Ranger Liquid Pearls to the dots on the skirt and the necklace has half pearls instead of coloring, giving both a 3D effect.
