Happy Birthday

It's Paulette from Create with TLC's birthday this month, so I decided to honor her for her generosity and incredibly constant Freebies she posts on her blog by making a card with one of her gifts to her readers.  I've also used the sketch for the challenge over at Seize the Birthday:
