    Hi Leeann, what a pretty card. Thanks for the lovely comment on my blog, the strip across the middle is called rafia lace and I got mine from my local craft store. You can buy it in loads of colours but I got it in cream and then colour it with an alcohol marker to match my project, Hugs Lisa xxx
