Balloon-a-phant


Ingredients:

 Digi:  Paper Pretties - Helium
Cardstock:  MME Fine and Dandy Boy; Hammermill; Staples
Scalloped Baubles colored and glittered; all shapes from Silhouette Store
Sentiment - my own design
Image and embellies colored with Spectrum Noir and Prismacolor Markers & General's Chalk Pencils
